Condoms

Check condoms for their expiration dates. If a condom is expired it may not protect against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. You should check the packages to be sure that they are not torn and that each packet contains an air pocket. Do not keep condoms in your wallet because the friction may cause them to tear. Do not leave them in the glove compartment of your car as the heat may decrease the effectiveness of the spermicide.
